Children age 4 to 11. Limit 30 children per event.
Children must be able to use the bathroom unassisted.

The Bell Tower Room is located on the top floor of the School Building at Sacred Heart. Please use either the elevator or the door located on the side of the church Building to access the Bell Tower Room.

To Register
Click on "Register Child for Kid's Night Out event" link, found in the left column. Registration is on a first-come; first-serve basis.

Program Cost
$10 per child OR $40 per family. This fee will be collected upon check-in.
Checks may be made payable to
Sacred Heart Parish.

Withdrawal
We require 24 hours notice if you need to cancel your registration.  In the event that we do not receive notice, you will be expected to pay the fee for each child that was registered for the missed Parent’s Night Out before we allow you to register in the future. 

Registration Information
At the beginning and end of each event, Parents need to sign their children in and out.  Please indicate on the forms if another adult will be releasing your children.  We have a computer-based database that we use to store your child’s emergency contact information. If you are new to our program or if any of your information changes, please be sure to notify us at check-in.

Medical Policy
If your child becomes sick while at Kid's Night Out, the parents will be contacted.  Depending on the severity of their sickness, the child may need to be taken home early.  Please use discretion in choosing to send your child if they are sick.  The Parent's Night Out staff members reserve the right to oversee any emergency medical treatment in the event that a parent/guardian can not be contacted.

Food/Meals
At the Kid's Night Out, some light food will be made available to all children for dinner along with salad, bread and some type of dessert. They will also be given a snack for the movie as well. If you would prefer, you may send your child with his/her own bagged meal instead.  While we make every effort to avoid foods that may potentially cause allergic reactions (peanuts, etc.), we ask that you make sure we are aware if this affects your child. In addition to dinner, food may also be used in the activities or crafts at Kid ’s Night Out.

Inclement Weather
In the event of inclement weather (snow), Kid's Night Out will be postponed.  We will make every effort to schedule the postponed KNO as close to the original date as possible.  Please check the website for cancellations on the day of the event.

Behavior
Children are expected to behave appropriately at Kid’s Night Out. In the event that your child’s behavior becomes a problem, parents will be called and will need to immediately pick-up their child. Depending on the situation, the child involved may not be allowed to participate in this program in the future.

Staff Information
The staff at Kid ’s Night Out consists of volunteer parishioners. All staff members are CORI checked by the church on a yearly basis. Many also hold certification in American Red Cross First Aid/CPR.
